Glitz-zee will ship your order anywhere is Australia. Our Shipping fees include all packaging, postage and handling costs.

Once payment has been cleared, you can expect to receive your order within 5-10 working days. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping time, we will advise you via an email message.

If for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchse, you may return it to me with a copy of your receipt, in it's original box, within 14 days from the shipping date located on the bottom of your invoice.

Refunds will be issued, providing the jewellery has not been worn or damaged and gift box is in its original condition, with a reason for return.

Return postage fees, and shipping costs incurred at the point of sale are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. All original shipping costs incurred at the point of sale will not be refunded. Glitz-zee has the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.
